The JTB Global Travel Service (Aloha Tour Package) Customer Service Counter has returned to its original location on Level B of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza and reopened as "Travel Plaza" ,a brand new beautifully designed modern retail space with multi-lingual Customer Service staff servicing international visitors in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese languages.

The temporary Tour Desk on Level 3 is now closed.

Please use the staircase at the entrance from Royal Hawaiian Avenue or the elevator from inside of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza  to access the Travel Plaza on Level B.
